Terms and Scope
When we collect, store and use your personal information, we do so in accordance with the rules set down by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR). WE do not give away collected personal information. We may use the collected information to improve our services.
Data Collected on our Websites
Any data that is entered into any form on spectrumgroupe.fr or lab.spectrumgroupe.fr web sites is only used for the indicated purposes. With the exceptions listed below, we will never give away any personal information including your e-mail address to any third party.
We collect anonymous web site usage statistics. We also use HTTP cookies to collect the information about how you navigate through our web site. We use that information to improve our web site usability and the cookies are anonymous, i.e. they are not linked with the data that you enter into forms on the website. You can safely disable cookies on our website.
Atlassian Marketplace data
We are using MailChimp service for maintaining mailing lists and sending out newsletters. It is therefore essential to transfer to MailChimp your email, first name and last name (if the latter are provided).
Update and License Checks
Our products may periodically check for available updates or verify license validity by connecting to our servers. As a part of update/license checks, some information may be transferred to us: (i) versions of the product, platform, operating system, or host product (such as JIRA), (ii) details of the currently used license for our product and some details of the license for the host product (this may include SEN and Server ID for JIRA license), (iii) the number of active users as measured by our products. The license keys are never transferred, so your license cannot be recreated or used elsewhere.
We may use this information for analysis, verification and support of the end users. We may contact a technical contact person in your company with advisories regarding application support and licensing, based on this information.
Support Management Service
We expose a public JIRA and Confluence instances to provide support services related to our add-ons. Connecting to those instances requests our users to create an account in order to interact with our Support agents. We may use the email indicated for the account to contact our users to provide the adequate support if needed.
Log files and server information provided
You may be requested to provide log file in order to check for possible log trace due to issue related to our add-ons. Sending those log file may be done via our public JIRA Support instance or via private email based on the sensitiveness of data contained.
Access to Customer Data
Only authorized Spectrum Groupe Software employees from our support and development teams have access to Customer Data sent for debug or support purpose.
Information related to licenses or company can be viewed by authorized Spectrum Groupe employees on the Marketplace interface.
The collected information may be disclosed only in the following cases:
- if we are required to do so by law;
- if Spectrum Groupe is merged or sold to another company.
